From the EA Play E3 event held yesterday we finally got to see some actual gameplay footage of the highly anticipated Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order from developer Respawn Entertainment. Lots of Stormtrooper vs. Lightsaber action, traversal, and force skills were on display over the course of almost 14 minutes, giving us a decent idea of what to expect when the game launches this November.
Overall, I’m pretty hyped for this one. While we didn’t get to see as much combat here as I’d like, I still dug the unique force based skills, and it seemed like there was a hint at what a prolonged, challenged melee fight could be with the tougher Imperial troops seen in the video. I’d love to see what an actual Inquisitor fight looks like in the near future, and hopefully we’ll get to see a little more of the game throughout the year.
