Google unveils Stadia game streaming platform

Just as they have hinted at for quite some time now, Google finally pulled the trigger and announced a videogame console/service/platform of their own.

Stadia, which Google clarifies is not just a “box”, is essentially a new cloud game streaming service that will apparently have access to high performance (up to 4K @ 60fps) AAA game releases, work on many screens, offer a unique level of YouTube integration and have a controller of its own (although it’ll be compatible with others).

It’s coming in 2019 and there’s an official site right here, with not all that much more info… yet.  Definitely check out the announcement trailer below!
