When it comes to the Marvel universe, I’m not sure who has the hardest working publicists, but I would have to say they would have to represent Cyclops or Dr. Doom. We know the leader of the X-Men has seen appearances in Marvel Rivals, X-Men 97 Season 2, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls and MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, but the ruler of Latveria is no slouch as he too is featured in Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls (as part of base cast), Avengers: Doomsday (For he is too good for just a Streaming Series) and he will be the focal point of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion’s next major DLC.
Developer Tribute Games and Publisher Dotemu revealed that this fall the heroes of the Marvel Universe will be taking a trip to Latveria in MARVEL Cosmic Invasion: The Siege of Castle Doom. While details remain scant, we do know that this DLC will include a brand new game mode and 2 additional characters (perhaps more members of the Fantastic Four, so Ben Grimm can pummel bugs with his found family?). The DLC is set for a Fall 2026 release and hopefully before it is released we’ll get more details on what this new mode entails.
MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is available now on PC and Consoles, its premium DLC The Siege of Castle Doom will arrive sometime in Fall 2026.
