Nintendo’s Year of Luigi invades the Chicago “L” Train

Nintendo sent over a series of pictures today focusing on their unique promotion for Year of Luigi with the city of Chicago. Seen below is the Chicago ā€œLā€ train, decked out from top to bottom in nothing but Luigi, with promotional material for the youngest Mario Brother, filling both the exterior and interior of the train.

Along with that, yesterday Luigi himself made an appearance, engaging Nintendo fans both on the train and at the station, as Nintendo continues to put support behind their Year of Luigi promotion following the release of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team on the 3DS.

Check out some of the fun pictures included below, and if you reside in Chicago, you can check out the Luigi themed ā€œLā€ train now through September 8.
