My kids absolutely adore the Angry Birds games (I do too to be honest), and as long as Rovio keeps cranking them out, they’ll likely keep wanting to play them. Bad Piggies has been taking up a large chunk of time recently, but with Rovio’s latest announcement, they are in Angry Birds anticipation mode all over again.
Rovio is teaming up with Lucasfilm to release Angry Birds Star Wars game, that just judging by the art and teaser trailer, looks pretty damn awesome. The Angry Birds as the Rebellion and the Pigs as the Empire just makes too much sense. And how great is the PigStar and Pig Vader, and the different birds as the main Star Wars cast?
The game is set to be released on iOS, Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Mac, PC, Windows Phone and Windows 8. Of course, there will be merchandise galore rolling out very soon in advance of the actual game on November 8th.
Take a look at the teaser trailer for now and expect more info and media soon.
