Warner Bros. Interative Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today released a trailer showing off some of the new features that will be found in the Vita version, which is due up this Spring. Some of the new touches include a new Challenge Tower mode with 150 brand new missions, including Touchscreen Fatalities, Xrays, and more.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios recently mentioned that the impressive, portable version of Mortal Kombat would be ready to go in May. Today, they followed up with an actual release date, which just so happens to be May 1st.
