So… still not happy about that Mass Effect 3 ending? Well, while this announcement may not totally change that, EA and BioWare are going to release the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut DLC that will “expand” on the ending… for free. Feel better?

As was pretty much expected, Mass Effect 3 is doing extremely well in its first few day of availability, and EA and BioWare this morning announced that the game has shipped over 3.5 million units to retailers worldwide.
Do we need to say much more than that? The anticipated 3rd installment of BioWare’s epic RPG series is coming next week, and EA has released quite the epic launch trailer to celebrate.
