RedOctane Games promised Stage Tour announcements at Gamescom and boy did they deliver. In a trailer which aired during Opening Night Live, not only did we get a reveal of the modes, a final song count, in-game collectibles, hardware options, but we learned that we’ll be rocking in our homes with plastic instruments again starting on December 10th.
Outside of the trailer we found out about 20 more songs which will be coming to the game’s 90+ tracklist as well as the pre-order options for the game, several of which includes instruments. However if you’ve taken a vow of plastic instrument celibacy, you won’t be locked out of enjoying Stage Tour as the game will support play via game pad…although I will absolutely judge you for your life decisions.
If this trailer doesn’t convince you to come back to the fold of rhythm gaming, RedOctane Games will do some heavy lifting as the dev will be taking the game on tour to events in select cities giving people hands on with the title. Dates and locations will be forthcoming.
Stage Tour will be make a star out of you when it comes to PC and consoles on December 10th 2026
