Described as the ultimate James Pond collection, James Pond Legacy: The Pond Is Not Enough features 12 versions of four classic releases including James Pond: Underwater Agent, James Pond 2: RoboCod, James Pond 3: Operation Starfish and The Aquatic Games Starring James Pond and the Aquabats. The dozen versions of those titles in the collection will span multiple systems such as the Amiga 500, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, Super NES and Commodore 64.
Even better, System 3 has lovingly added modern conveniences and quality of life improvements to the classic experience which includes multiple save slots, controller rumble, adjustable scanline controls, in-game audio options and custom bezels, along with the an interactive “Pondverse” hub.
The title will be available in October 2026 and there’s a Strictly Limited physical Collector’s Edition release coming as well for super fans.

Some agents refuse to be left sleeping with the fishes. System 3 today announced that James Pond Legacy: The Pond Is Not Enough will make its first splash on Nintendo Switch 2 in October 2026, led by a strictly limited physical collector’s release created with game preservation at its heart.
The announcement trailer also debuts “Maybe,” an original studio-recorded title track inspired by James Pond’s notorious adversary, Dr Maybe. The track will be released on Spotify and Apple Music for fans to stream before the game’s launch.
