Kamikaze Lassplanes makes it to the PlayStation Theater of War today!

As someone who enjoys a visual novel here and there as well as a dedicated player of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, Crunching Koalas’ Kamikaze Lassplanes definitely fits into the middle of that Venn Diagram.

Sent in a world where women can transform into warplanes, you will meet and form relationships with two very different lassplanes, the bubbly Alba Trossé and the stoic Hannah Brandenburg. Take to the skies with either gal in a game that mixes visual novels and shoot’em ups.

The game first took off on PC, then ran into some turbulence before finding its flight path on the Switch, cruised onto Xbox Series X|S and now is adding the PlayStation 5 to its itinerary! Don’t think Crunching Koalas updated the button prompts to the sacred symbols and called it the day. The PlayStation 5 version actually has features not found in the other versions of the game. The two most notable exclusive features is the game’s unstable of the Dual Sense’s Haptic feedback and rumble as well as the controller’s lights giving the players clues what path they are treading with their decisions. Pink if it is towards Alba’s good path, blue if moving towards Hannah.

As a part of the launch celebration, the base game will be available with a 15% discount and the deluxe edition, which features the game’s soundtrack and 6 avatars can be purchased with a 20% discount.

Kamikaze Lassplanes is available now on PC, Switch, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
