Experience the first 3 episodes of the final season of BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War in theaters this June

Tite Kubo’s BLEACH was adapted onto television from 2004 to 2012. The animated series ended as the manga it was adapting was entering its final arc, The Thousand Year Blood War. However in 2020 we learned that the series’ penultimate arc would see light although not in a nearly uninterrupted weekly cadence. The first 3 parts would see its debut in 2022, 2023, and 2024 respectively and to celebrate the upcoming debut of part 4, Viz Media have teamed up with Fathom Entertainment to host airings of episodes 1-3 in theatres across America

Fans can see protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki’s climatic battle with Yhwach, the leader of the Quincies with the fate of the three realms at stake. If you want to witness it on the largest screen possible, make you’re free during the period of June 25th through the 29th. You can opt to view either a subbed or a dubbed version of the episodes and each screening will feature a special featurette which includes series creator Tite Kubo, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi and series director Hikaru Murata.

Tickets for these screenings will go on sale on May 29th.
