Paramount reveals Sonic The Hedgehog movie date, redesigned Sonic in a new trailer

Whaaaa??? Sonic the Hedgehog movie has a new trailer and it looks quite a bit better than previously. As promised, after the initial reveal and immediate fan backlash, Paramount Pictures went back to the drawing board to recreate the Sonic character and the end result is a massive improvement.

We’re not sure who they were expecting Sonic with human-like proportions to appeal to, but this is a heck of a lot better. Also revealed was the February 14th, 2020 release date which isn’t all that far away.  The talents of Jim Carrey and James Marsden aren’t bad reasons to potentially check it out too.

Check out the new trailer below a well as the official movie trailer.
