Special Ops returns in the latest batch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare media

Activision dropped off a fresh new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare trailer showing off the modernized and re-imagined Special Ops mode that will be returning when the launches in a few weeks from now.

Activision takes a deep dive into the chaotic world of Special Ops over at the official blog, but we have some screens and the new trailer below showing it off in action.

Special Ops, one of Call of Duty’s most-beloved game modes, is available on all platforms when Modern Warfare launches on October 25. Reimagined as a collection of expansive, interconnected Operations against a new and encroaching threat, players will assemble into strike-teams of four to execute multi-phased objectives, which together will advance the overarching story of Modern Warfare.
