Square Enix is furiously remastering their classic RPGs as of late, and this morning we received announcement of yet another one: Romancing SaGa 2. Once available on the Super NES, Romancing SaGa 2 is now making its way onto the PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo Switch and PC, next week, on December 15th, 2017.
“Remastered” in this case seems to imply some cleaner looking pixel art, backgrounds, effects and audio, since it looks pretty close to what we remember from back in the day. Still, a beautiful looking classic-style RPG that should be worth checking out on any platform of your choice. There will also be some tweaked gameplay, a New Game+ feature and more.
