Those who purchased Battlefield 1 Revolution Edition and Battlefield 1 Premium Pass will get first crack at the new DLC, with others having to wait about 2 weeks before picking it up a la carte. Along with the new content comes a game update that enables HDR, so if you have a compatible display make sure to check it out too.

Along with the In the Name of Tsar update, HDR10 support will also added for the first time, and those with HDR capabilities will notice an expanded contrast ratio and color palette with more realistic and natural visuals, more similar to what the human eye would register.
