Rockstar Games reveals a Fall 2017 release for Red Dead Redemption 2

And here it is cowboys and cowgirls. Rockstar has announced a Fall 2017 date for their long-awaited Red Dead Redemption sequel. Now that we have a date and a title, and have confirmation it’ll be coming to the PS4 and Xbox One (though not PC at this point), all we need it a trailer… which is scheduled to drop on Thursday, October 20th, 2016 at 11:00am ET.

Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., is proud to announce that the highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 will release worldwide in Fall 2017 for PlayStation 4 computer entertainment systems and for the Xbox One games and entertainment system.

Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America?s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.
