We’re more than halfway through Bethesda’s Vault-Tec’s educational Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video series, so that means today we’re covering the letter “I” for Intelligence. Apparently that’s an important trait for those wishing to survive in the world, post-atomic annihilation.
