Check out this new Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video

While most Fallout fans are pretty clear on what the various stats can do in the series, these S.P.E.C.I.A.L. videos from Bethesda provide some decent clues on what we can expect to see mechanic-wise when Fallout 4 launches November 10th.
