State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition headed to Xbox One next year

A new and improved release of State of Decay is officially in development for the Xbox One and will be ready to go for spring 2015 according to Microsoft and Undead Labs.

The original, often described as a “zombie survival fantasy”, made some pretty serious waves when it was released for the Xbox 360 via XBLA last year, so we’re sure an enhanced update will go over pretty well.  The Xbox One version has been bumped up to 1080p and will include all of the DLC.

Check out the new trailer below for a sneak peek as to what to expect.
