Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer demo hits Xbox Live this weekend

For those Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners who have yet to commit to getting online with Call of Duty: Ghosts via Xbox Live, this upcoming weekend is your chance to give it a try.

From Friday, March 7th through Monday, March 10th, a free multiplayer Call of Duty: Ghosts trial will be available to download for both Xbox platforms.  The free demo will include a trio of maps, and a few modes: Strikezone, Warhawk, and Prison break maps and Search & Rescue, Domination and Team Deathmatch modes.

Activision didn’t specify if Xbox Live Gold is needed for the demo, though we’re assuming it will not be.

Check out the announcement below.

For the first time in Call of Duty history, Activision and Infinity Ward, in partnership with Xbox, will be hosting a free Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer demo on Xbox Live this coming weekend.
