Saints Row IV’s Hail to the Chief Week begins with Animal Protection Act trailer

Deep Silver and Volition have declared this week as Saints Row IV: Hail to the Chief week and they’ve kicked off the event with with a brand new piece of video legislation known as the Animal Protection Act.

The second Hail to The Chief video shows the President enacting the Animal Protection Act with the Stomp superpower – in a gigantic game of cat and mouse!

Saints Row IV launches on August 20th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
