Sony today revealed their plans for the PlayStation Store PLAY event for Summer 2013, and like last year, there’s a good selection of games, discounts and bonus credit to look forward to.
Four games are part of the event this year, starting with Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark on July 23rd, then Cloudberry Kingdom on July 30th, then ibb & obb on August 6th, and wrapping it up with and DuckTales: Remastered on August 13th. The more games you buy, the more you get back, and those who pick up all 4 will get $10 in PS Store credit.
PlayStation Plus subscribers can also score 20% off each game by pre-ordering the games staring tomorrow as well.

Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA) today announced that PlayStation Store PLAY, its annual summer program showcasing a diverse lineup of great PlayStation games and special offers, returns July 16 when this year?s PLAY lineup becomes available for pre-order in the PlayStation Store in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. Gamers who pre-order games will receive an exclusive PS3 XMB theme based on each game purchased. Additionally, members of PlayStation Plus, PlayStation?s premium game membership, will receive a 20 percent discount on PLAY titles when pre-ordering.
The four-game PLAY lineup, available starting July 16, offers gamers who purchase two titles or more a bonus cash voucher for use on PlayStation Network. Gamers can take advantage of the following bonuses based on their purchases of PLAY games in the PlayStation Store (July 16 – August 20):
- Buy any 4 PlayStation Store PLAY games to get $10
- Buy any 3 PlayStation Store PLAY games to get $6
- Buy any 2 PlayStation Store PLAY games to get $3
The 2012 PlayStation Store PLAY lineup includes two PSN exclusives, Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark and ibb & obb; Cloudberry Kingdom, which offers infinite levels; and DuckTales: Remastered.
