Brush up on your Simlish because the next big The Sims game is in development and scheduled to launch next year for the PC and Mac.
The announcement comes via EA’s The Beat news site for fans, and while we don’t have much in the way of details or media, they promise that more is coming soon (later today, even).

The Sims 4 encourages players to personalize their world with new and intuitive tools while offering them the ability to effortlessly share their creativity with friends and fans.
