Square Enix dropped off a beautiful new selection of screens of Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster which show off a bit more of the newly enhanced RPG adventure.
As compared to properly numbered Final Fantasy releases, X-2 doesn’t have the best of reputations, but it’s certainly looking excellent and should be a blast to play on the Vita especially.
The PS3 and PS Vita releases are scheduled to be released sometime in 2013.

Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster screens:
SQUARE ENIX today released new screenshots for FINAL FANTASY X-2 HD Remaster. The screenshots feature the gorgeous HD versions of the three playable characters Yuna, Rikku and Paine and the world of Spira, two years after the events of FINAL FANTASY X.
The variety of screenshots shows that each of the main character models have been reworked to offer more facial expressions in the game. The textures of the surrounding environment and backgrounds were also carefully redrawn for the FINAL FANTASY X-2 HD Remaster. Finally, the resolution of Yuna?s concert performance (a pre-render movie) has been increased for the HD version.
FINAL FANTASY X / X-2 HD Remaster is a single disc bundle that will be available on the PlayStation 3 system. FINAL FANTASY X HD Remaster and FINAL FANTASY X-2 HD Remaster will be available for the PlayStation Vita. These titles will be available in 2013.
