Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Collector’s Edition and PS Vita version gets detailed

Along with announcing a Collector’s Edition for the PS3 version today, Square Enix has finally decided to let us in on their plans for the PS Vita version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD. Both PS3 and PS Vita versions have been confirmed to be launching on March 18th, 2014.

Besides being made available digitally via the PS Store, the Vita version will also hit retail, except only the first game (FFX Remaster) will be included on the PS Vita Card. A voucher will be included for users to download Final Fantasy X-2 Remaster, which is a bit odd, though we assume the reasoning has something to do with space requirements and the PS Vita Card capacities.

The $79.99 PS3 Collector’s Edition will hit the Square Enix Online Store exclusively (like the Lightning Returns CE) and will include a hardcover artbook, the FINAL FANTASY X HD Remaster Original Soundtrack and five lithographs.

See the beauty shot of the CE below along with the fresh new screens.
