HBO has just revealed that HBO GO for Xbox Live will be finally launching in the very near future. April 1st is the day (no joke), just in time for the next season of The Game of Thrones.
Of course there’s a catch, or 3… you need to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, obviously. You must actually have an active subscription to HBO. And your cable provider must actually participate. If all three are true, then you’re good to HBO GO!
The next big wave of video apps are hitting Xbox Live today. With XFINITY TV, HBO GO and MLB.TV, and there are now, we think, 2,000 apps for watching video in some way shape or form on your Xbox 360.
