Trine 2 is finally bringing the magic to XBLA and PSN on December 20th

The downloadable console versions will be available in about 2 weeks, so December 20th and 21st for PSN (North America) and XBLA (worldwide), respectively. The Euro PSN version date is not yet confirmed at this time, but it surely will be announced soon.

ATLUS and Frozenbyte today announced that Trine 2, a high fantasy, physics-based action-platformer with cooperative online multiplayer, is out now for PC via Steam. The game will also be available in North America for PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system via PlayStation Network on December 20*, and worldwide for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft via Xbox LIVE Arcade on December 21.

Set in one of the most colorful, vibrant fantasy worlds created, this sequel to one of the highest rated PlayStation Network games ever introduces stunning new locales, daunting new enemies, puzzling environmental hazards, character upgrades, and online functionality for the game’s 3-person cooperative play.
