Nintendo prevails in yet another Wii patent lawsuit
The assortment of Wii patent lawsuits are still trickling through the legal system, and Nintendo has announced that they have prevailed in yet another case.

For the third consecutive time, Nintendo has prevailed over a patent trolling company in an infringement lawsuit over technology used in the Wii, Balance Board and Wii Fit. And yes, Nintendo actually called them “patent trolls”.
