With Assassin’s Creed III – The Tyranny of King Washington: The Infamy now available Ubisoft has sent over a reminder (in trailer form) of what we can expect from their alternate version of early American history… and it’s not at all pretty.
George Washington is a very bad man… at least in the alternate Assassin’s Creed III universe that will be presented in the upcoming set of Assassin’s Creed III – The Tyranny of King Washington expansion.
In case you missed the news, Assassin’s Creed III is doing quite well for Ubisoft thus far. Not only is it now the fastest selling Ubisoft game yet, the game has apparently sold over 7 million units worldwide.
Where Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed storyline really shines is when they reinvent history somewhat, and the upcoming Tyranny of King Washington DLC for AC3 is a perfect example of one such interesting piece of storytelling. Check out the trailer of the upcoming DLC.
