Apparently this week is Saint's Row IV: Hail to the Chief week and they've kicked off the event with with a brand new piece of video legislation known as the Animal Protection Act.
Deep Silver and Volition have sent over a brand new developer diary video that digs into gameplay and the deep and emotional storyline they have concocted for the game.
