If you’re celebrating Persona’s 30th Anniversary like I am, you’re certainly hurting in the wallet and the waist line, yet you will continue to ask for more. So it’s nice that SEGA and ATLUS will continue to offer collaborations with brands and give fans plenty of ways to celebrate.
This round features the fine connoisseurs of desserts known as Beard Papa’s whose creme puffs have been enjoyed by folks in 10 US states will be offering 5 flavors inspired by the mainline Persona titles.
This includes:
- Original Cream Puff – Inspired by the timeless beginnings of Revelations: Persona
- Matcha Cream Puff – Inspired by Persona 2 Innocent Sins™
- Ube S’mores Cream Puff – Inspired by Persona 3 Reload™
- Cookies & Cream Cream Puff – Inspired by Persona 4 Golden™
- Double Berry Cream Puff – Inspired by Persona 5 Royal
Beard Papa’s will also transform their stores to include plenty of Persona imagery and will include a sample display of collaboration merchandise which can be ordered exclusively at BeardPapas.com/merch. Two stores in LA (Cerritos and Little Tokyo) will even have large Persona 30th anniversary murals for customers to take photos in front of.
So between Kura Sushi, Thirsty Waters and now Beard Papa’s, we’ve certainly got a nice mix of sweet and savory food collabs, hopefully ATLUS will have one more savory collab thus bringing balance to it all. Although I might joke about the monetary and dietary cost of these collabs, but it sure beats just watching them all from a distance…so don’t stop!
