You would think after it’s sequel was announced that it would be pencils down for the team working on Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, but it seems the game will be having one last hurrah as it hosts one more Festival of Universes, a weeks long event where players can choose to support one of three universes in a competition to earn the most glory points!
The return of the event will allow players to acquire items which were offered in the past, remixed or completely new moves for characters you’ve befriended and collect items which will grant bonuses in the game’s sequel Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3!
Even before the final Festival of Universes kicks off on October 30th, a free update will be dropped which will offer login bonuses, special costumes and an update to the Gallery of Time which will allow you to experience the content from the Future Saga Chapter 4 DLC (You will need to own the DLC to access the content in the Gallery of Time).
So while Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 doesn’t arrive until 2027, there’s still plenty to do in its predecessor Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2…so get back in there, choose a universe to back and go earn some rewards!
