I was going to chide the Poland-based PC Digital Store Front GOG of jumping the gun on their Summer Sale this year, but it seems depending on what you subscribe to there are actually three start dates of Summer (Summer Solstice, June 1st or post-Memorial Day Weekend). While I doubt the Polish celebrate memorial day, I think I’m getting too into the weeds here. The important thing is, if you are a big fan of DRM Free video games, now is your chance to stock up as the retailer will see savings of up to 95% across over 8000 titles in its catalog.
The retailer also revealed a new title which will enter its domain and it will be none other than Ember Lab’s debut title, Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The 2021 release has you guiding the spirits of the deceased to the Spirit World, often requiring you to purge corruption before these deceased can move on. The game will debut on the platform at 50% off and is available in a standard edition or a deluxe edition which includes the game’s sound track.
