Abraham Lincoln takes on the Viltrumites as Quarter Up shows off The Immortal coming to Invincible VS

I think it’s par for course that every fighting game out there will attempt to extend its lifespan with seasonal content. Skybound Entertainment’s Invincible VS is no exception and its first season of content is set to roll out on June 30th. Ahead of this launch date, Quarter Up, the game’s developer has shared a brand new trailer featuring The Immortal.

This long lived hero will be charging into battle looking to take vengeance against a former ally in the form of Omni-Man. While not as powerful of the Viltrumites, the Immortal certainly can stand his ground against these alien invaders and if not he will always get back up to fight again as the trailer showcases his ability to resurrect after being down…albeit in a blood lust state.

While Immortal and Universa won’t be in the mix as Skybound Crowns it’s first EVO Champion, Attendees of the tournament can try out the two upcoming characters as well as their unique gimmicks at the Invincible VS booth on the show floor.

Ahead of the Season 1 launch, the team also revealed in addition to the character releases the first season will include an Endless Arcade mode and new cosmetics. Also a new character will be released in October and December.

Invincible VS is available now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
