Over 1 million heroes stand against the Viltrum Empire in Invincible VS

Invincible fans finally got the video game of their dreams when Skybound Entertainment’s internal video game studio Quarter Up released the 3v3 tag fighter, Invincible VS. We found the game to be accessible to both the casual and hardcore fighting game players and it seems that accessibility helped the game reach the following milestone a little over a little over a week since it was released…

“One. Million. Players.“

That’s a pretty impressive accomplishment from a studio that has only put out one title, however the studio is composed of veterans of fighting games development and they were smart to leverage player feedback via a series of betas. Post launch, Quarter Up remained receptive to consumer feedback even adjusting the pricing of the character skin DLC and even adding additional content to the game’s Deluxe Edition. The game is set to make an appearance at the upcoming EVO Las Vegas, so with over 1 million players, perhaps this newcomer on the scene can see a competitor turnout that could be comparable to genre titans like Street Fighter or Tekken. One can only hope!

Invincible VS is available now on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
