Assassin’s Creed Valhalla tops first week sales for the franchise

Ubisoft’s cross generation new Assassin’s Creed title is apparently doing quite well for itself so far.

Scoring some impressive review scores (including our right here) out of the gate, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has broken first week records for the console and PC versions as compared to other previous releases titles in the series.

Today, Ubisoft announced strong early sales for Assassin?s Creed Valhalla, one of the highest rated games this season¹. Building on favorable review scores and early player response, Assassin?s Creed Valhalla has sold through more units in its first week than any other Assassin?s Creed game sold during the same period. Assassin?s Creed Valhalla also has become the top-selling Ubisoft PC launch ever, driven by all-time record Ubisoft Store sales performance.
