Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, New Light are now live

Ready or not, Bungie has finally pulled the trigger on the next phase of the Destiny franchise by releasing not only the new Shadowkeep expansion, but also the free-to-download  Destiny: New Light version and and an all-new season of content for everyone.

The update is pretty massive, and there’s a rather bulky set of patch/update notes to be found on the official site of course. There are definitely server errors and general instability happening still at this point, though it’s nothing that out of the ordinary these days with always-online experiences. So our advice is to just be patient, and maybe check out the epic new soundtrack (embedded below) that the studio released yesterday.

There’s a lot to digest in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep and New Light, for veteran and new Guardians alike, so make sure to dive into it soon.
