PS Plus subscribers get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, The Witness free for March 2019

This is the first month where PlayStation Plus subscribers will not have access to new, free PS3 and PS Vita titles, so if you’re still actively playing on either, just be aware. PS4 gamers though will continue to get hopefully great new freebies, like the selection announced for March 2019.

There’s a one-two punch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and The Witness available to download beginning on March 5th, 2019, as you may expect, they couldn’t be any more different. A remastered first person shooter classic and a mind-bending open world first-person puzzler are both definitely worth grabbing.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered
Activision?s colossal Call of Duty series is truly part of the fabric of modern gaming, and it was in 2007 that developer Infinity Ward took the console world by storm with its contemporary spin on the popular action series it helped create. 2016?s Modern Warfare Remastered brought the classic back in full HD for a new generation of gamers, while respectfully retaining its first-class gunplay and brilliant level design.

The Witness
From the developer of the charming puzzle-platformer Braid back in 2008, creator Jonathan Blow promptly returned to the drawing board and spent the next eight years working on an ambitious follow-up.
