PlayStation 4 tops 91.6 million units sold

Phew, that’s a big number. Sony late yesterday revealed that the PlayStation 4 is officially nearing 92 million consoles sold through to consumers since it launched back in 2013/2014.

Additionally, just this Holiday season alone, the PS4 pushed 5.6 million units of hardware globally, along with 50.7 million pieces of software.  The total for software, since launch, has reached 876 million.   Marvel’s Spider-Man has officially topped 9 million copies too, which is awesome, and probably why it took home out Game of the Year for 2018.
