Dead or Alive 6 online beta hits PS4 today

PlayStation Plus subscribers can pick up the Dead or Alive 6 online beta… today, although for a limited time.

PS4 players can download it from the PS Store (right here, right now) and play the online versus mode against other players using a variety of fan-favorite characters including Kasumi, Ayane, Hayate and Hayabusa.  The Dead or Alive 6 beta will run from January 11th, 2019 through January 14th, 2019 at 6:59am PST.

Make sure to download it now and hit up the official site for more details on how to play the game and more.  Dead or Alive 6 launches on PS4, Xbox One and PC on March 1st, 2019.

KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA are excited to announce the official launch of the PlayStation 4 DEAD OR ALIVE 6 Online Beta Test. The Online Beta will be exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers through the PlayStation Store, and will be playable January 11, 2019 beginning at 7:00 a.m. PST and run through January 14 at 6:59 a.m. PST.

The Beta will consist of Online Versus mode and will feature four iconic characters from DOA?s past, including Kasumi, Ayane, Hayate, and Hayabusa, as well as one of the most-anticipated newcomers to the roster, ?The Uncrowned Street Hero? Diego. All fights will take place on the main stage of the DEAD OR ALIVE 6 tournament — the DOA COLOSSEUM ? complete with exploding ring ropes.

For newcomers to the series, a ?HOW TO PLAY? section has been added to the game?s official web site, including both a Techniques tutorial and a Move List. In addition, an online survey will be available to gather player feedback.

DEAD OR ALIVE 6 is currently in development for the PlayStation 4 Computer Entertainment System, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and digitally on Windows PC via Steam, and will be released worldwide March 1, 2019.
