YouTube app finally available for the Nintendo Switch

Google obviously wasn’t in much of a rush to release a YouTube app for the Nintendo Switch, but hey… at least it’s now officially available for the platform.

Considering it just looks like a web wrapper (similar to many Smart TV/device apps) with some basic touchscreen and Joy-Con functionality, it’s pretty straightforward and familiar-looking. Apparently it can max out at 1080p and 60fps for those who have their Switch docked.

So now where’s Netflix?

Head on over to the eShop to download it to your Nintendo Switch now.
