French fencer Raphael joins the Soulcalibur VI cast

Originally stepping onto the stage of time in Soulcalibur II, French fencer and nobleman Raphael Sorel is also officially set to join the ever-expanding (and pretty darn huge) Soulcalibur VI roster.

Bandai Namco dropped off a plethora of screens and a character reveal trailer, along with a bit of info — with more to be revealed in the future.

See it all below, and stay tuned for the October 19th, 2018 console and PC/Steam release.

Soulcalibur VI – Raphael Character Reveal | PS4, XB1, PC:

Soulcalibur VI – Raphael screens:

The art of sword fighting has always been intimately connected with nobility and Raphael fully embodies a noble warrior spirit in SOULCALIBUR VI!

As a master of the rapier, his fighting style is that of a fencer, delivering deadly blow to opponents through powerful thrusts and slashes. Processing great speed and agility, Raphael is at once difficult to hit and defend against. Yet his life has taken many twists and turns, from noble family member to living as a vagabond in Spain. Where ever he ends up, more about Raphael will be revealed in SOULCALIBUR VI when the game launches in the Americas for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs via STEAM on October 19, 2018!
