Team Sonic Racing speeding onto consoles and PC this fall

Team Sonic Racing, which was announced somewhat out of the blue (pun sorta intended), is official and is headed to all consoles and the PC “this winter”.  Apparently it’ll only be $39.99 too.

Developed once again by Sumo Digital, the team responsible for a number or arcade-like racing and kart games including Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (and much more), Team Sonic Racing looks to fill that current generation action racing void for the foreseeable future.  The title will feature team-based racing, a story mode, online and local multiplayer, customizations, over a dozen Sonic characters and more.

Have a look at the announcement trailer, some screens and the official game details.
