Far Cry 5 teaser trailer welcomes us to Hope County, Montana

And there it is… Ubisoft confirmed that the next Far Cry will take place right here in the good ol’ U.S. of A. In the very first bit of footage of the game, Ubi has dropped off a trailer that welcomes players to Hope County, Montana.

The first glimpse of the world is gorgeous, and looks to take the series to a more old-timey setting — possibly the Wild West — though it’s hard to tell from the brief video.  WIll Read Dead Redemption 2 have some competition later this year? Possibly…
