Everybody’s Golf PS4 online beta begins tomorrow

Fore!!  Just a reminder that the Everybody’s Golf (previously New Hot Shots Golf PS4) online beta test begins tonight/tomorrow morning at  Friday, May 26th at 12:01am PT/3:01am ET and runs through Sunday, May 28th.

How do you get into the beta?  We have no idea, but Sony sent us a code earlier this week, so we’re super excited!

Priced at only $39.99 and seemingly jam packed with courses and customizable characters, and social online play and features, Everybody’s Golf is going to suck up a heck of a lot of our time when it launches on August 29th, 2017.

Those lucky folks who score an invite will get access to a few features and modes, but not quite everything as you can see below.

Playable Modes in the Closed Online Test:

  • Character customization
  • Character progression
  • Open Courses (Online matching) – Eagle City OUT
    • 1H Golf
    • 9H Golf
    • Long-drive contest ranking
    • Collecting items laying around in green
  • Turf War
  • In-game store

Disabled Modes in the Closed Online Test:

  • Challenge Mode
  • Solo Stroke
  • Multiplayer
  • VS rival matching
  • Fishing/Cart driving
  • Club customization

Below are a few colorful, new-ish screens (to us anyway).
