3DS Nintendo Direct event scheduled for September 1st

In a brief little note to fans and the gaming media earlier today, Nintendo announced that they have scheduled a Nintendo 3DS games-focused Nintendo Direct event for Thursday, September 1st.

The company very specifically said that there will be nothing about the Nintendo NX during the presentation. (It’s only a matter of time until we do get an actual Nintendo NX Direct, so be patient…)
