The Last Guardian gets a release date… at long last

It’s happening… The Last Guardian actually has a release date and will release on a current generation PlayStation platform in 2016; October 25, 2016 to be exact. Yes, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for Team ICO and Fumito Ueda’s mythical PS3-turned-PS4 release, and if the new trailer is anything to go by, the game will emotional enough of a journey that we’ll be probably be crying our eyes out at the end.

For those who have been really, really anticipating the game, Sony is releasing a $119 Collector’s Edition version of The Last Guardian (available for around $96 at Amazon here for Prime members).
