Death Stranding is Kojima’s confusing new PS4 exclusive

Kojima Productions’ PS4 exclusive Death Stranding is looking, uhh, unique so far, and it is clearly some kind of game experience that only Hideo Kojima himself can comprehend at this point.

A naked Norman Reedus, a baby, umbilical cords/tethers everywhere, dead whales, dog tags with equations, ink? The more we watch the trailer or inspect the screens/art, the more confused we are. An allegory for Hideo Kojima’s struggles with his former parent company, maybe?

Anyway, in case you want to take a crack at deciphering what the hell Death Stranding is about, see the assets below. Considering that the game has no engine or release date, we definitely have some time.
