Star Wars Battlefront – Outer Rim expansion, game update blasts off on March 22nd

EA and DICE’s next piece of Star Wars Battlefront content is set to be deployed in the very near future, but those who have yet to pick up a season pass (or don’t intend) will benefit from the update as well.

Besides the exclusive new maps, weapons, star cards, game modes and playable characters in the Outer Rim expansion, EA will be rolling out a free update next week which bumps up the level cap and adds new weapons, “Hutt Contracts” missions and a spectator mode.  We’re assuming it fixes some other issues here and there too.

Take a look at the new Star Wars Battlefront – Outer Rim gameplay trailer below. Also, stop by the official site for ongoing updates.
