Starting February 1st through the end of the month Xbox Live Gold members can pick up Hand of Fate, and then from February 16th through the 29th, Styx: Master of Shadows for the Xbox One.
As for Xbox 360 games (which are backwards compatible with the Xbox One), Sacred Citadel will be served up for free from February 1st through the 15th, and then Gears of War 2 from the 16th through the end of the month.
